Report an issue with AI-generated content

Curta's replies, summaries, KB drafts, and recaps are generated by AI. If you find content that's wrong, harmful, or objectionable, please flag it so we can investigate and fix the underlying behavior.

Email: report@curta.app — include the ticket number or a screenshot. We act on reports within one business day.

Status

All Curta production services are operated on Microsoft Azure and Supabase. We post incident updates by email to workspace admins. A public status page is on the roadmap.

Documentation

In-product help lives inside the Tickets tab. Setup notes for admins, automation rule examples, custom-forms walkthroughs, and the Power Automate / API reference are linked from the workspace's Settings page.

For Microsoft AppSource reviewers: detailed test instructions are attached to the Partner Center submission notes.

Security and privacy

See our privacy policyfor what data Curta collects, where it's stored, retention controls, and the list of sub-processors. For security concerns or vulnerability reports: security@curta.app. We accept coordinated disclosure and will acknowledge reports within two business days.

Billing and account questions

Subscription, invoices, and seat-count questions: billing@curta.app. Stripe handles the actual payment processing; workspace admins can self-manage cards and download invoices from the in-product Manage billing button.

Curta is built by Vesuvio Labs LLC. We're US-based and currently operate in English. Adding more languages is on the roadmap.
