Terms of Use
Effective May 17, 2026. Curta is provided by Vesuvio Labs LLC. Installing Curta in your Microsoft Teams tenant means your organization accepts these terms.
1. The service
Curta is an AI-first IT help desk that operates inside Microsoft Teams. The service includes the Teams app, the AI deflection engine, the ticketing system, and the related admin interfaces.
2. Subscription and billing
Curta offers a Free tier and paid tiers (Starter, Pro, Business). Pricing per agent per month is published at curta.app. Every new workspace receives a 21-day Pro trial automatically. After the trial, the workspace remains on Free unless an admin upgrades.
Paid subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable except where required by law.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Curta to send spam, transmit malware, harass other users, violate any law, or attempt to extract proprietary information about the underlying models or systems. Curta will not execute destructive operations (password resets, account deactivation, license removal) autonomously — those always require human approval inside your IT team.
4. Your data
You retain all rights to data you put into Curta — tickets, knowledge-base articles, and configuration. We use your data only to provide the service and to improve it (per our Privacy Policy). We do not sell your data and we do not train AI models on it.
5. Service availability
Target uptime: 99.9% for Pro/Business tiers, 99% for Starter, best-effort for Free. Scheduled maintenance is announced at least 48 hours in advance via email to workspace admins. We're not responsible for outages of Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Graph, or your network.
6. AI outputs
Curta uses large language models to draft replies and resolve tickets. AI outputs can be wrong. Use your judgment before acting on AI-generated content, especially anything involving access, permissions, or financial decisions. We're not liable for decisions made solely on AI output without human review.
7. Termination
You can cancel any time from the admin portal. We can suspend or terminate workspaces that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe are being used to harm others, with notice except in emergencies.
8. Liability
Curta is provided "as is" without warranties beyond those required by law. Vesuvio Labs' total liability for any claim is limited to the amount your workspace paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Disputes are resolved in the state and federal courts located in Delaware.
10. Changes
We'll update these terms when needed and notify workspace admins by email at least 30 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
