Curta is named after a calculator.

In 1948, an Austrian engineer named Curt Herzstark released a mechanical calculator small enough to fit in a pocket. Eleven digits of precision. Four functions. No batteries. The most precise computing device of its era — favored by engineers, scientists, and rally drivers for decades.

We named our AI agent after it because we believe IT support should feel the same way: small, precise, quietly capable. A tool that fits in your pocket and gives you the right answer when you turn the crank.
